In the area of insolvency law, we offer clients tailor made advice on different insolvency-related proceedings and representation in such proceedings. Inter alia, we offer our clients:

• Advice to the company’s management in the event of the company’s insolvency, or the insolvency of their business partner, or if the insolvency is pending, but has not yet occurred;

To this end, we offer drafting of all relevant documentation (preventive restructuring, simplified compulsory settlement proceedings, compulsory settlement proceedings (including those led by creditors), bankruptcy proceedings, personal bankruptcy and remission of liabilities proceedings);
